When long-time client ALSA came to Newport Creative Communications in 1998, the organization was a direct mail fundraising newcomer. To help ALSA understand the power of direct marketing and the ways it could help their program, we set up a time to visit their operation and teach our first session of Direct Mail 101. Since then, ALSA has raised over $15 million through direct mail. (And DM 101 has been an on-going success with clients and conference audiences.)
